Caring for your Jewelry (Love & Care):

In order to ensure the best appearance of your pieces, we recommend several care tips that should be kept in mind or continuously practiced every time you accessorize your wardrobe with beautiful Nikki Michelle Jewelry. 

After each time you wear your jewelry use a clean dry cloth to evenly wipe down the piece, removing excess oils or residue so that it remains untarnished. Cleaning liquids should not be used. Before putting on jewelry, we suggest applying any desired perfume or make-up as they have chemicals that may affect your jewelry. All jewelry should also be taken off before going to bed, being submerged in water, or any high impact physical activity.

  • When will my order be shipped?
  • Orders can expect to be shipped within 7-10 business days. 

  • What if I want expedited shipping?
  • There will be options for purchasing expedited shipping at checkout. Please also leave us a note indicating that it is a priority for you to receive your jewelry quickly.  

  • How will I know my order has shipped?
  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number in order to stay up to date.

  • Do you offer free shipping?
  • At Nikki Michelle Jewelry, we offer free standard shipping with tracking on orders of $250 or more. 

  • Can I submit a special request?
  • Special request orders will be available via notes, email or text. Please let us know prior to making the request if the change is significant. 

  • Do you offer custom designs?
  • Let Nikki Michelle Jewelry create something fabulously taylor made just for you.  Simply contact us with your dream jewelry concept and we will collaborate together to create your masterpiece.  

  • Can I make it a gift?
  • Let us know the occasion and message in the notes section when you place your order and we will include a customized card for you.

  • What is your return policy?
  • Once delivered, you have 7 days to return or exchange an item in its original condition, undamaged and unused. Thank you  

  • My jewelry piece broke, am I able to get it repaired?
  • It is extremely rare that Nikki Michelle has any issues but should your piece become damaged, you are able to return the item to be repaired at any time. Pieces that have been in ownership for over a year will have to pay a shipping fee.
